If I had the ability to assign negative stars, I certainly would This company is a total sham- do not trust them They sent Mark to my home to begin and quote a project He chose the placement which burned immediately and even though the paperwork states that it would be fixed once within an year period complimentary- to which they also agreed to fix- they dodged the responsibility and had the nerve to try to charge me for the repair- around for square feet of ruined, totally ruined disgusting turf Stay away from them- you will thank me later They should not be in businessThey will take advantage of your finances for their own selfish profit
I used Sunburst for artificial turf in my front and back yards My yards are beautiful They did a wonderful job in the front In the back, I was sold an upgraded product because I have two dogs and a small yard I was assured this product drained so well there would be no odor problems There was a terrible odor just days after installation They told me it was installed wrong and then came out and removed the weed barrier Within a couple of weeks the problem returned They brought out a chemical cleaner you attach to a hose, and did not charge me for this However, I find that if I don't wash it down extremely thoroughly on a daily basis, the odor persists I've contacted them several times and their answer is "we never guaranteed you there would be no odor" Extremely disappointedEither the product is not of the quality they said or the error they made with installation created a problem that wasn't resolved I have neighbors that do not have this upgraded product, have dogs, and never have odor problems
