Air Care

When my AC stopped working n July 2016, I attempted to contact the company that installed my unit one year before. No luck. a friend recommended Air Care because Air Care has done a lot of work for his church. I called them on Wednesday morning and they had a technician out Wednesday afternoon. I was impressed. The technician Dwight quickly diagnosed the problem (a module) and because he didn't have the part on his truck, called the office. Someone brought the part our immediately. Dwight installed it and I was back in AC comfort. The unit was under factory warranty so the Air Care office arranged whatever parts charges there were. Even though I paid $325, I was grateful for how everything was handled. I have had bad AC company experiences in the past. with Air Care I felt the cost was fair and the service exceptional.

Air Care is a professional oriented
companiy. My A/C installation was A+++
positive. The backup
technicians are the best.
