We could not be more pleased with the level of service, quality of service, so very neat and clean as well as being very prompt to our needs for getting our ducts cleaned! We called several other companies in the area and only two returned our call Air Carolinas is a local company who understands customer service and fair prices!
I highly discourage anyone from using this business for air vent cleaningI bought a deal on living social for this businessI had a scheduled time for service and even had an appointment confirmation call the night beforeI took off work to ensure I was home for the appointment in the afternoonOn the day of my appointment the tech never showed during my service window and only called me TWO hours later to say that an emergency came upThe next day when I called the main office the best the receptionist would offer is to schedule me for another appointment weeks laterWhen I explained that I was only available again in the next few days due to my work schedule and given that I was cancelled on, I would hope the business would fit me in- I was told this was not possibleWhen I asked to speak to a manager the receptionist told me he was not available (even though I heard her speaking to him on the phone)I contacted living social and was able to get a refund (though this was processed before I ever contacted the Revdex.com so was not "authorized" by the business owner despite his claim)As far as my Revdex.com complaint- the owner simply stated that since my money was refunded I should close the complaintWhen I told him the money was not the motivation behind the complaint- that it was his business' customer service- he told me the Revdex.com was not the appropriate "forum" for this issueHe never apologized nor asked how he could ensure this did not happen againHonestly its clear the business does not have the capacity to handle the level of business they want to haveDon't count for any appointment with this business and not worth the hassle

I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the way he handled our issues with our heating. We had multiple people come out and perform " service checks" on the air conditioning units only to be told we need this and that and we need freon and so on. Once we called Air Carolinas he came out and did a thorough inspection of both units and we didn't need anything that the other company had suggested. We purchased the service contract for the winter and spring and this winter when we turned on the heat we noticed we had cold air blowing out which the other companies never caught, he came out in the evening and stay till 11:00 to make sure we were ok and that everything was working properly. He even called the next day and made sure we did not have any issues. Very professional and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is very reasonable and honest. He also took videos and pictures of the things that were not working properly to show us.
