We chartered a plane with this company out of CO to TX through the Houston office We did NOT get the plane we contracted and paid upfront for One of the pilots was sick and SLEPT for most of the flight and the co, who was flying the plane, could not see out the right side because the shade was drawn The plane was older, broken parts inside with a malfunctioning seat belt and peeling paint on the outside Very unprofessional And, ZERO follin regards to how the issues were handled with the operator Here we are months later and still NO response...even from the manager/supervisor What a waste of money and time They have lost a potentially great customer and If I'm ever asked, I'm telling everyone (all the other business in my complex) to avoid them completely All we have been looking for is a conversation regarding the operator's explanation for what happened They can't even provide that
