The [redacted] dehumidifiers they sell are poor quality and do not lastI purchased a home with one that lasted about yearsIt was under warranty so they made me pack up the unit and ship it back, even though I had a service man tell me there was nothing to fix, it was an integrated unit I paid to upgrade to a new [redacted] .That unit did not last very long, so they sent me another replacement The 3rd unit lasted about a year, and once again, I had it verified b a service tech that it was not functioning properly I called, filed a warranty evaluation claim form on September Today is October and I still do not have a working dehumidifier, despite the VP [redacted] telling me one was shipped on Sept I can not get a response from the company sales man, [redacted] , or the number Poor quality products, poor customer service
I purchased a Titan XPdehumidifier that only lasted months before breaking Customer support is non-existent Emails and phone calls are never returned I am now left with a $dehumidifier that no longer works with no support from the company whatsoever
