To Whom It May Concern: We are a car dealership and finance company located in East Orange, NJ Mr [redacted] had fallen behind on his loan for his vehicleUpon reaching out to Mr [redacted] we learned the reason for the lack of payments was due to his mechanical issues (vehicle stalling) with the vehicle he had purchased on 8/29/He said he would not pay for a vehicle that was not running and intended to voluntarily surrender the vehicleHis vehicle was stalling, we addressed these issues, and can provide Repair Orders if neededAs Mr [redacted] was unable to pay for the repairs in full we did set up a payment plan for him(3) weeks later Mr [redacted] came to my office and stated that he had a tapping noise coming from his motorI explained that the work done on the vehicle was external non lubricated components of the engine and unrelated as tapping is an internal motor issueMr [redacted] became angry and we exchanged wordsFor my part, I did lose my temper and have since apologized to Mr [redacted] for my angerAs the words in the complaint have been redacted I cannot speak to what was saidAs a 3rd generation business we pride ourselves on customer service, which is why we were attempting to help Mr [redacted] who had purchased his vehicle over two years agoBest Regards, Dan L***

stalling) with the vehicle he had purchased on 8/29/15. He said he would not pay for a vehicle that was not running and intended to voluntarily surrender the vehicle.
