The company failed to deliver on what was promised, and then tried to back away from any responsibility, nor refund any money It was not until I threatened legal action, did I receive a return service callThe owner even tried to convince me I needed to buy a whole new unit, as mine was too damaged The tech they sent reversed a damper, burning out the compressor, and again, I was told it was not their problem It took me sending them photographs and more threats of legal action, before the owner would even send a truck out to look, and finally accept responsibility...interesting, the owner was suddenly sure he could repair this unit and it was longer necessary for (now him) to buy a whole new unit After doing some work, they sent me an email saying they had changed their mind and would not be following through on their plan This unbelievable story is captured over months of emails...very disappointing WB
