I have used air comfort in the past for a new system installation and was EXTREMELY impressed with the professionalism and care they took in their work which led me to when me and my wife purchased a house we got a home warranty the warranty company sent out a different company why diagnosed oUr unit and said we will have to order a part after waiting a week we had to call them to find out the part was in they showed up at 8 pm to install the new part to find out when they arrived THE WRONG PART I called the company and got an I'm sorry it will be 3-5 business days again and offered no short term resolution so I called the people I trust who had treat me right before at AIR COMFORT and was greeted by understanding people that spoke to me with dignity and respect and got someone out all to find out that it wasn't even the problem they thought it was it was a part he carried on his truck and an hour later the problem was resolved and the air was working great I will NEVER use anyone else
