Review: From day one I have had issues with the unit leaking water into my bedroom.The [redacted] sent his worker back to my house to fix the unit 3 times now and its still leaking. He( the [redacted]) is not living up to any standards business wise. Getting to get someone here to fix ( which at this time I want replaced) is extremely difficult.Water has leaked down my wall and into my carpet .I have no idea if I have any wood damage under the carpet yet. And threw all of this the [redacted] has yet to see the unit installed or even checked if the work was done correctly.Desired Settlement: At this point I want this system replaced by a professional and reinstalled correctly.
