Appreciate his explaining the work he performed and we that needed to replace humidifier filter and valve. The office person, Chris is also always friendly and efficient. Mark L. came to inspect/clean my furnace today. I have my furnace and A/C on service contract with Air Comfort and have had since the year after they installed both. I'd never dealt w/Air Comfort until they installed my furnace and A/C. They were one of 3-4 companies I got bids from and they were the most reasonably priced and were certified by Ameren Missouri to take part in their rebate program. I also had them install a new hot water heater in 2015 (they were far more reasonable than the plumbing companies I checked with). Mark L is very professional, friendly and always on time or early. He is efficient at his job, and he and all their service people cleaned up any mess quite well. I will continue my service contract w/Air Comfort and continue to use them. I also highly recommend them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation for an HVAC company. Great company w/great employees too!!

Everything about working with Air Comfort Service has been outstanding. I've used them for many years for annual servicing and maintenance of my aging HVAC system. So, when it was time to replace it I asked for a bid. They gave me 3 options and explained the benefits of each one. I made my selection and the new system was installed the next day. They showed up on time and after showing them the house I left for work. I got a call mid-afternoon to tell me they were just about done. I went home to find the work complete and everything cleaned up. They took the time to walk me through the new system and the new thermostat and ensured all my questions were answered before leaving. This is the way business is supposed to be done.

Technician, John, arrived within the time parameter provided at time appointment was scheduled. Removed his shoes before entering home and proceeded to check out furnace. Checked out unit and gave it another clean bill of health. Very courteous and efficient. Will continue to do business with Air Comfort Service Inc.
