Have use Air Comfort Service for many years. Fantastic team! Always on time, professional, courteous and shoot you straight. Their work is exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Will continue to use them for years to come!

John was personable and professional, fixed the problem and checked the system to make sure that they was no underlining problems. I have have prior experiences with John and all have been positive. He was on time and quick to address the problem.

Great service from our technician: was on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, was polite and answered all our questions.

John P was the on-call technician for the weekend that our A/C went out. He called back promptly, was very courteous and made me aware of the costs that we would incur if we wanted to proceed with the repair. We decided to wait until the following Monday. John P ended up being the one dispatched to do our repair. Again, prompt, courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the problem clearly and how much the repair bill would be. That was what we were charged, no surprises. Two days later we had a water heater problem. John P was dispatched again and we couldn't have been happier. He took care of the water heater problem in the same courteous, prompt and patient manner. We received excellent service from Air Comfort Service and were very impressed by their level of customer care from both their field service staff and their office staff. We will not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if we need to.

John P was on time and very friendly. He performed a few operations and found that the noise was coming from the ductwork. I live in a condo so the cost would be in the major $$$$$$$. I'll live with it. Thanks John P and Air Comfort

Outstanding company in all areas: ease of appointment set-up; technicians and staff are more than helpful with any concerns; notice ahead of assigned time that tech is on the way; follow-up on issues and concerns of homeowner. Most important to me, and I have used them since 2012, is my safety regarding any issues with the equipment. They discovered problems with my original unit that would have been life-threatening and since I'm still around, I am overly thankful for their services. I have already recommended them to several neighbors and all are extremely pleased with Air Comfort!

I have been using Air Comfort for about 50 years! I can't say enough good things about their company. They come twice a year to service my furnace and a/c. They always show me proof if something needs replacing. I totally trust this company in all they do. I always request Mark who knows my old house's system. After 20 years, they even gave me a FREE year's contract ($120 value). Who does that? Very, very impressive!

John P, service pro with Air Comfort Service, was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, instructive, honest, and nice. Although the company's policy is to have the homeowner at home when the service person arrives, I would feel completely comfortable having him do his job without being there -- he's a professional, and values the work he does.

The employees at Air Comfort were all so kind and professional. Michael did the maintenance on my furnace and was so efficient and helpful. I remembered having a problem with my furnace last year and he knew all about it because he read the history of my furnace maintenance. He made sure everything was in working order. They made sure that the appointment was good for me.

Awesome service and very professional technicians.

I was very pleased. Heather K. called to let me know Timothy S. was on his way. Timothy introduced himself and very efficiently proceeded with the inspection. He was polite and professional as he quietly went about the work. I had my book club meeting here and he worked around us with ease.

I'm all about preventative maintenance. I have used Air Comfort for 16 years. The guys are punctual, honest, knowledgeable. I had Mark L. this time. He's a super person. Love that they have Saturday hours too for working people.
