Air Comfort Service Inc.

My wife and I have used Air Comfort service for the last fifteen+ years. We have had two entirely new Heating and A/C systems installed, including the removal of the original oil furnace in our 1947 era home. We have also used Air Comfort for maintenance of our systems. Our service and install techs, plus the office support have always been a pleasure to communicate with. Everyone has been polite, professional and concerned about any tech issues that have arisen over the years, and there have been very few. We hold them in the highest esteem for their professionalism and customer service. They obviously take pride in their craft!!!

On time and did a good job

We have done business with Air Comfort now for over 15 years. They are easy to work with in getting appointments and needed things done.

I called Air Comfort Service first thing this morning when I was having trouble setting up my programmable thermostat. Lisa took my call, and was noticeably energetic and enthusiastic over the phone. Because of the hot days we've been having, I was expecting to be told that my service date would be a few days from now, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear her tell me "we'll give you a call 30 minutes before your service time today, if you are free". Fantastic response time!

When I got my 30-minute courtesy call, I immediately drove home from work. When I got to my house, my service pro, John P, was already there! John P wasted no time asking me what the issues were. Very prompt and courteous. He looked at my wire setup next to the furnace, and noticed several wires were matched in an odd format. He fixed this setup, in addition to resolving my issue with the wiring next to the thermostat. While he was fixing this, he was educating me on my system, as well as giving me energy saving tips. John was happy to do this because, in his words, "the more my customers know, the easier my job is." He answered every question I had, and informed me of promotional offers in a polite and informative way.

My experience with Lisa and John were A+. They served me well, and I will be using Air Comfort Service again in the future for preventative maintenance and/or other issues.

Scheduling is easy and the service is always great.

Air Comfort Service has been taking care of the steam boiler, Electric Forced Air Furnace and 2 central Air units for over a dozen years. Mark has been the company representative and has always been professional, prompt, and capable. I would highly recommend him and the company.

I was very happy with the air conditioning service I received from John. He found an issue that I would have eventually had a problem with and gave me the choice of fixing it now or waiting. To save a service call cost and inconvenience of doing it later I decided to fix it today since he had the part already so I didn't have to wait. He is very thorough and I was very happy. John is a very likable person and pleasant to talk to.

This company has always been trustworthy. They serviced a system at a previous address for years & always did preventive maintenance & repairs we could trust. Little things that would save us money in the long run. Attention to detail. We moved and have kept them as our service provider. Mark has been the technician several times. Responded quickly to our call. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. A thorough inspection was done on AC and furnace. Due to the numerous repairs over the years it made more sense to replace the cheaper units with more efficient ones. Air Comfort provided instant accurate quotes, made financing easy, and was out the next day to install both units. All of the technicians who did the install were very professional, did a great job on the install and cleaned up all of their mess when finished. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Both AC / Heat Pump and water heater went out at the same time. First class treatment while making the appointment and by the service tech. Would highly recommend.
