[redacted] BThe service pro was truly professional He knows his craft and was extremely friendly He put a lot of time trouble shooting our problem and solved it A wireing problem from the original contractor that installed the unit years ago It was wired for emergency heat in the standard heat mode His fix should save me hundreds of dollars every yearOutstanding company Thanks

I called Air Comfort Service first thing this morning when I was having trouble setting up my programmable thermostat Lisa took my call, and was noticeably energetic and enthusiastic over the phone Because of the hot days we've been having, I was expecting to be told that my service date would be a few days from now, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear her tell me "we'll give you a call minutes before your service time today, if you are free" Fantastic response time! When I got my 30-minute courtesy call, I immediately drove home from work When I got to my house, my service pro, John P, was already there! John P wasted no time asking me what the issues were Very prompt and courteous He looked at my wire setup next to the furnace, and noticed several wires were matched in an odd format He fixed this setup, in addition to resolving my issue with the wiring next to the thermostatWhile he was fixing this, he was educating me on my system, as well as giving me energy saving tips John was happy to do this because, in his words, "the more my customers know, the easier my job is." He answered every question I had, and informed me of promotional offers in a polite and informative way My experience with Lisa and John were A+They served me well, and I will be using Air Comfort Service again in the future for preventative maintenance and/or other issues

After having an Air Comfort Service preventive maintenance call in the morning, my electronic thermostat went blank and the furnace stopped running However, soon thereafter the thermostat came to life and the furnace started running again Unfortunately, later in the afternoon I discovered the thermostat was blank again and I could not turn the furnace on I had an important medical appointment at the hospital so I called the dispatcher and requested help in the late afternoon She was very helpful Later as I was about to leave the hospital I received a call from Air Comfort asking if I would be home within minutes I replied in the affirmative and soon thereafter John P was dispatched to my home to investigate and solve the problem The first matter of note was that John P arrived in a very prompt and timely manner, arriving about seconds after I pulled into my driveway after my appointment at the hospital John P diagnosed the problem within minutes He said he would have to return to Air Comfort Service to obtain a new replacement control board for my furnaceIt wasn't long before John P returned and installed the new control board He said there would be no charge for the parts or labor I told John I have been a customer for over years and was very appreciative, so much so that I will never use anyone else but Air Comfort for service and any heating and or cooling equipment that I may require in the future In addition to the most capable diagnosis and workmanship John P displayed, he was also very professional and friendly Air Comfort Service is very fortunate to have such a high caliber employee as John P

Nicole called me & let me know a technician was available and on his wayAndy introduced himself and was able to find the problem in a short time and get my air conditioner running againI would definitely call on Air Comfort Service, Incand Andy Oagain, and would highly recommend them

Everything about working with Air Comfort Service has been outstanding I've used them for many years for annual servicing and maintenance of my aging HVAC system So, when it was time to replace it I asked for a bid They gave me options and explained the benefits of each one I made my selection and the new system was installed the next day They showed up on time and after showing them the house I left for work I got a call mid-afternoon to tell me they were just about done I went home to find the work complete and everything cleaned up They took the time to walk me through the new system and the new thermostat and ensured all my questions were answered before leaving This is the way business is supposed to be done
