Price markup by $600, in addition to not completing the work they were hired for I called them for a tune up and evaluation of my unit The service tech did 1/of what was scheduled in the "tune-up", for the $and also gave me a quote to fix my unit which would be anywhere from $997-$depending on if my Freon could be saved I called for a second opinion and the total cost was $for the same repair ACS wanted to charge a minimum of $for WOW...guess they need to pay for those commercials and their famous faces I wonder if Gary England knew what they were doing he would still allow them to use him When I did call and demand a refund for the service I paid for which was not done it took weeks to get my money refunded due to the manager was out of the office Really weeks WOW

I had ACS out to work on our AC unit, after over an hour I was told that our unit had to be replacedWe had a sales rep come out and give us price quotes We decided to have a second opinion, we called another company to come out and give us a quote We were told nothing was wrong with our unit and that there was plenty of life left that we just needed to add another air intake vent because the unit wasn't receiving enough air flow to keep it from freezing and causing our system to over work Went to the store for a $part added the extra vent and voila we haven't had any issue with it ACS tried to sell us a $10,unit when ours was perfectly fine, I will never be calling them again So much for being honest! After my service contract is up with them I am finding another company to do business with

We were with Quality Air & our account was transferred to ACS without notification or welcome I called Quality # and ACS answered but I had called for my bi annual service tune upThat went ok except they didnt bring uv light replacement or an extra filterOk but I wanted the light so phone calls and a month later I got appt for them to come backBefore that 7:Sat pmWater started dripping from ceiling quickly turning into a stream so I called ACSThey did come but said tech he could not fix the problemWe would need to buy a coil and we could call & set up financing $3,to be paid to them upfrontI calledThey were clueless but someone would call me backSalesman called backto set up appt to come tell me what system my house needed and assured me his 4.9% interest offer was a good dealI said I didnt need a new system & I didnt think interest rate was goodHe argued it was and nobody loans money for freeHe would check into the repair ticket & call me backSomeone else that was equally clueless called back to sell me a new ac unitI said no and no one ever called me back I was out the $service call they argued forI called a small competent courteous professional local AC company and am very cool and satisfiedHe did what ACS couldnt do and he did it for $Smarter too about ACS and cringe when I see their commercialsyuck!

Air Comfort Solutions came to our house on 12/9/the entire time the technician was at our house he had an extremely poor and unprofessional attitudeThe tech seemed like we were all around wasting his time with our issuesHis snotty attitude offended my elderly mother and my wifeHe then quoted us a price of over $2,for our broken heater and charged close to $for the service call where he was only there for min and did nothingOn top of that they told us it was a possible two weeks before the parts could come in and they could get it fixedIt's below freezing at night and barely above during the day, two weeks is absolutely absurdWe decided to check with another company who in-turn quoted us under three hundred dollars and it would be fixed in mere daysWondering how Air Comfort Solutions stays in business I took to customer reviews on various websites and googleEVERY SITE had reviews telling THE EXACT SAME STORY as meAir comfort Solutions would come in quote an outrageous price and in a lot of situations had customers replace heaters with minor issuesI wouldn't ever ever use Air Comfort Solutions ever again they left me feeling scammed and undervalued as a customer, the more I thought about it last night as I read their reviews the more it made me feel physically sick to my stomach that I trusted them as a companyI encourage the B.B.B to investigate this company because they should not even be open for business

I called on a Sunday evening (PM Central Time) on June-05, 2016....Air Comfort Solutions advertises regularly that they have services available x 7, unlike their competitors.....my condenser motor failed and I had my grand daughter staying with us......I believe *** ***....and I believe *** ***....they both said that x service was available, unlike the competitors, which they mocked in their commercials....when I called, the response I received was exactly what they said their competitors said, not what they stated - that is fraud....I called twice....fortunately, I called around and found a competitor who helped me out - no, it was not air comfort solutions - I asked, they said maybe Monday morning?....just like they advertise the competitors do, just like they advertise they don't doI request they remove the fraudulent commercial until such time they can provide the advertised service, and until thenadvertise what they actually can do!

I had to wait a week for "service" to have a technician show up at 6:pm To tell me I need a brand new unitThen a financial person comes about 7:pm to make a special offer only good for that day, if I wait to decide I have to pay more nothing was repaired, nothing was done, only tried to sell a new unit quoted at $8,then charged me $for what I don't knowSaid it wasn't a service call so $service coupon was not goodCalled another company have not looked at system yet but was told will give a free estimate of repair and fix at the same timeIf a new unit is needed it will cost $3,total I was not told when I made the appointment I would have to pay anything to have someone come look at my systemThis should have been disclosed at that time and definitely before walking in my house

I had Air Comfort Solutions today and had *** *** as technicianI thought he was thorough and felt confident in his work I would highly recommend him and company

WOW Called and scheduled a "tune-up" and evaluation of my unit I was given a quote that the repair would be anywhere from $967-$due to needing to have my TXV replaced Called another company for a second opinion and had the work completed for $ $price difference I don't need to pay for their commercials, nor their famous faces they want on their commercials In addition to the price gouging I also found out that the work I did pay for was not done either Called and requested a refund due to their POOR and incomplete service Took weeks to get my refund due to the manager not being in the office WOWNever again will I call on them

I have had three bad experiences with this company. The most recent when my outside unit was not working, the technician said the fan was locked up. He says I can replace it for $731, but he recommends we replace the entire unit. Of course, the salesman shows up soon after to sell me an outside unit for over $6200. Anyway, I have a second person come out to fix it. He charges me $161 for parts and labor to fix the locked up fan. Basically, Air Comfort Solutions has no interest in fixing existing units. They want to sell new units to all their customers. And what they are selling is overpriced also. Very frustrating.

By 5pm, the unit had an awful squeaking noise and then by Midnight, we had NO air. The unit stopped running! I guess you don't fix what isn't broken... Because this company will indeed break it!!

They promote 24/7 service, but apparently they do not feel that breaking my unit is an emergency... I have 6 pets that are all indoor animals and our heat index is running between 100 and 115...
