I recently had a new home built in which Air Comfort Specialists installed two heat pump units The installation was performed in a very professional manner by technicians who obviously were well trained The units have been working very well ever since they were first turned on All personnel whom I met from this company were very knowledgeable of their products and performed their jobs in an efficient manner Their personnel were always personable and friendly during every step of the installation and afterward I highly recommend Air Comfort Specialists to anyone looking for installation or repair of any heating or air conditioning systemThey are as good as you can get!

I had an appointment that was scheduled days prior to my appointment between 8:and amduring the month of November for a problem with my heater I tried calling a little before but their voice mailbox was full (first red flag) I texted them to find out if they were coming They called to tell me the job they were working the day before ran over and they were not going to be able to make it He said it was outside of his control I explained that it was totally in his control calling me and telling me that he would not be able to make the scheduled appointment He could not give me a definitely time that he would be able to make it that day I had taken the day off to be at the house I called my home warranty provider and they were able to find me someone that was more reliable I will not be using someone that is unable to fulfill their commitment and unwilling to call and inform you if they are unable to do so An "I apologize" after the fact is not sufficient
