Mexico and that he was not familiar with swamp coolers. I went up on the roof, with my helper. He can also testify that the cooler was on, that we tested the speeds(hi-low), the pump was on, and that the unit was functioning correctly. We even oiled the bearings for him. My normal rate per hour is $85.00. I gave this guy a break. Ask him to provide a receipt from the other company, and since I know most of the owners, I will ask them for their copy to compare to to
