On June 1, I gave written notice to Horizing properties of my imtent to vacate within daysI moved out July 5, and returned the keys to their officeI was told to expect my deposit within daysUpon several unanswered and unreturned phone calls, I have yet to receive my deposit back
I have been stay here for months I put n work order with horizon management to come out and look at every thing they never came wen it rains water comes in my window not one place but living RM an kitchenI have a lot of water damage on ceiling which was not there when I first moved in.The towel by my tub is loose water also is leaking on too of my washer in the basementI have asked an went up there an told them what was going on the landlord or the man who run the building didn't even wanna talk toHe's a slumlord I need justice me an my three kids stay here an no repairs or attempts to even come was made I'm down to my late ...someone help me I'm a single parent.it's crazy cause I think he's moving people in for the money cause wen I called the inspection person they gave me a different name on this propertyHe's scamming people some put a stop to this..house smell molded
