Consumer states that his agent has spoken directly to the business and there was a settlement agreement reached. The business agreed to modify the bill to a reduced amount that was acceptable to the consumer. The exact amount agreed to was $1,100. Adjustment made was of $683.69. Consumer...
is satisfied with the resolution but would like to state that he never agreed to any amount above the $800. The consumer was willing to negotiate a different amount if the business found any further issues that needed attention. Business failed to communicate and obtain the authorization and consent to move forward with the $1,700 charged.
