I recently purchased a house in September The homeowner previously had NOCO Energy install a tankless water heater I called in November to request service on my tankless water heater to ensure everything was running appropriately They interpreted my request as it being a leak that I wanted looked at and sent out a propane line service guy who could not service the water heater I received a bill in December for $and called to speak with customer serviceI explained that I never received a service as I wanted my water heater looked atThey explained they would return my call I never received a call back Continued to receive bills I called again in March, spoke to a representative who said he would have my call returned No call was returned I called again in April and they called me back the following day with an answer They offered to cut the bill in half I also contacted them via email 3x times with no answer through their contact page on website I would not use this company again as there was no service provided and billing for no work Due to the customer service reps interpretation of request for water heater to be serviced Very poor customer service and understanding of what a customer is requesting to be done
We have a heating unit in our bedroom which is in a separate heating and cooling system than the rest of the houseNoco installed this in and there is a year warranty on itIt stopped working and we contacted no I on 12/19/They came out and attempted unsuccessfully to repair it on 12/22/The service tech left saying he wojld contact *** for the petI called Noco on 1/2/to see where the part was as I had received a Labor bill and I update on when the heater would be fixed and the pet was not yet orderedI was told they would have it overnighted and it would arrive on 1/4/at the latestI called this morning and it still has not even shipped from ***I am being jerked around and it is -today with the wind chill and these last few weeks haveEven unusually coldOur entire house is cold and I’m sure our heating bill will reflect that and there was day where ice was growing on the walls of our walk in closet which is concerning for moisture and
Driver entered property for a fill that was not needed proceeded to the propane tank which was housing a nest with live baby starlings that my children were studying for a school project He willfully removed the nest and killed live baby birds without consulting the property owner He had no legal right to remove the nest from my property Contacted his superiors who confirm the removal of nest but wont disclose where he has put it This is not a safety issue despite noco saying it is a combustable situation? They are just trying to protect a worker who stole and removed my personal property
I saved with noco friends membership card for the past and approx point that are about 80$ and now they say we put a massage on the doors saying I need to redeem the card till the end of April!
I never saw any ads, and I run the at least every week and noco employee didn't say anything even in may when I run the card the didn't mention the fact that no more points
Its took me at least a year and a half to get point

We switched propane delivery companies months agoThe replacement company notified Noco to remove the tank from our propertyWe have contacted NOCO once a week for the past weeksWe have now received a notice from our town to have the tank removed or face a $fine

I had points I saved day by day week by week, they changed the plan but no one say anything and I was every week at the gas station!
