I did not know of AC Experts previously but saw your Revdex.com symbol on their advertising.

The technician who came to the house to assess the problem was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to schedule my work in a timely manner. The three-man crew

who installed the new furnaces/air conditioners today were on time, worked quickly,

and did a splendid job. I'm a satisfied customer.

After loosing my long time A/C guy I searched and came up with a winner with ACEXPERTS cooling and heating! I was very impressed with the A/C specialist sent out to me, Jason Kenney-he was very knowledgeable, friendly, neat and got me on a plan to save money. He's a keeper and I strongly recommend this company!

Buyer Beware of AC Experts. They have false advertising. I had a coupon for a pre summer tune up special for $29.95. Called to schedule a tune up and had the appointment all scheduled and the next day they called and stated that they had to cancel the appointment due to other service calls that needed to be attended to.. I was also told that they couldn't do the tune up for $29.95 that it would be $80.00 - $129.00. I asked about the coupon and they stated that it was for home owners only. There was nothing mentioned on the coupon regarding home owners only, therefore, false advertising. I'm a realtor and the tune up was for the benefit for my client who is purchasing the property. She just wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly on the A/C and to know the age of the A/C. They stated that they could make the appointment in two weeks, which doesn't work because we are scheduled to close on the property in 13 days. When the appointment was scheduled, I explained the reason for the tune up request being for the buyer. This is really bad business practice.

This is the worst AC business I've dealt with for AC units and repair. I bought an AC unit from them and ever since they installed it at my rental property, my tenant has had an horrible experience with this company because he called them over and over to fix the unit as well as maintenance issues with the unit itself. This is very frustrating with me as a landlord and my tenant and now that the labor warranty is over (1 year labor), the unit still had issues. My tenant called in a different (07-29-16) ac repair company to see what the problem was because AC Experts said they couldn't send anyone over since they were swamped with repair calls. Come to find out, [redacted] (who my tenant called) had to repair a sloppy brazing job AC Experts did on the unit a while back. when the unit wasn't working right. I am currently going after AC Experts to cover for the $547.00 bill they should pay for. This is a terrible AC Company....

We have had a service contract with AC Experts for a couple of years now. They continually give us good service. We recently had them inspect our air unit . They found that after being 14 years old it was just a matter of time before it died completely. We had AC Experts install a new system for our air and heat. They even added a cold air return. We could not have been more pleased with the professional aspects from all the people we dealt with at AC Experts . The salesman was informative and helpful and the installers were great. They cleaned up after the job was done. They did leave the entrance to the attic without it's trim. But AC Experts sent out another professional to do the repair to the ceiling hatch.

Was an overall great experience. We still have a service contract with AC Experts and we will see them every year, to inspect our unit .

Had service call performed last Friday (5/8/2015) by [redacted] at AC Experts due to their special price for 2 units. He dealt with us so honestly and professionally (my 2 units were 19 years old, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need done), that I asked for a quote to replace both units (2.5 & 4.0 tons). Their price to replace everything inside and out for both units was well below the 2 quotes I had already received from 2 other companies. Once I agreed to go with AC Experts, he made arrangements to do the install on the following Monday (5/11/2015). The installers ([redacted] & [redacted]) showed up at the scheduled time and worked thru the day without stopping. Throughout the day they were courteous, friendly, very busy. They completed the install, and had everything cleaned up and had showed us how to use the new systems by 5pm that day. I have never experienced their level of competency, honesty, professionalism, and follow up from any other A/C company I have had dealings with in the past. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AC EXPERTS TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY A/C SERVICES!.

AC Experts has been correcting our air conditioning problems from another company and have always done excellent work. Our two units are now 10 yrs. old and needed costly repairs. We were given the two options either continue repairing these old units and possibly have more costs down the road, or have them replaced with more efficient units. We decided replacing them would be wiser. [redacted] and [redacted] arrived early in two days, worked through the day with no breaks and cleaned up. The were very thorough and made sure everything was working properly when they left. [redacted] showed us pictures of everything that was done in the attic and instructed us on how to program the new thermostats. We were very pleased with all the employees of AC Experts and would definitely recommend them.

AC Experts are extremely knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what system was best for our home. Their response time was fantastic and our new AC was installed by courteous technicians within a day of our decision to proceed. Very professional and proactive on every level. Thank you AC Experts!

AC EXPERTS WERE SELECTED TO INSTALL A NEW HEAT PUMP AT MY HOME. THEIR PRICE WAS BETTER THAN ALL OTHERS AND INCLUDED SOME EXTRA LABOR BENEFITS AS WELL AS A DUCT CLEANING AND YEARLY MAINTENANCE FOR 5 YEARS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY BASED ON PRICE, QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THEIR INSTALLATION.

ON time on price. Very nice to deal with. I recommend them.

They had the best pricing for the equipment they were installing, even though they claim on their website that they're not the cheapest. Scott C gave me a no pressure estimate...had his guys out on time. They were very professional, Gericke and Tim, and nice to boot. They installed [redacted] equipment, wi-fi enabled, with a pretty good SEER rating. One of the units didn't work, so the install went two days. I did notice though that a [redacted] rep was on the site immediately to troubleshoot the equipment and then had a new compressor shipped right in. So, a bit of trouble, but the fact that there was a human being on site immediately is huge. What can I expect if my AC fails? I think a lot of quick action.

By far the best price in town for a new unit. They came out and installed everything very quickly. Received great customer service. Highly recommend.

I have used AZ Experts for a few of my properties and I have received excellent customer service. They have done a great job on fixing my issues efficiently and most importantly in my business is cost effectively. I was very impressed with how soon they send someone out to address the issue. Great service and great pricing! I will be referring AZ Experts to all of my friends and family. Hard to find AC companies you can count on and trust.

We have had a maintenance agreement with AC Experts for a few years now. They have been very good about coming out when we need them and doing a good job of keeping our ac working well. When it was time to replace our units, they gave us a great price and were very prompt with installation. I would recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance, repair or installation of equipment.
