A sudden leaking problem with my air conditioner put me in a panic as I was leaving for a long holiday within a week Luckily a friend recommended Hugh He was incredibly nice, came right away, did not try to inflate my needs When we looked inside the year old unit, it was obvious that it could not be repaired Hugh got me a great unit, at a great price and was patient with my endless questions His team had the new unit up and running within a few daysI am really happy with the unit and the work Hugh impressed me as extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring about the customer I have already recommended him to several friends...for future reference
Recently had some issues with getting the heater to work in my house and began calling local companies [redacted] from a/c & heater wizards called me back immediately and was able to get out to me that dayThey fixed the problem in quickly and were very fairly pricedI highly recommend this company as they actually seemed to be intrested in the customer unlike many companies out thereThanks guys and I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family
