There is no substitute for great response time and quality workmanship. Air Conditioning of Arizona was price competitive, punctual and completed my project ahead of stated deadlines.

This was a complete removal of the old system and installation of a new one.

They didn't miss a step. Even the clean up and disposal of the old parts and systems was seamless. To the entire team- Thank you! - [redacted] and [redacted]... Scottsdale AZ.

We have a home warranty with Old Republic Home Protection, and they assigned this contractor to fix our a/c when it went out last Saturday. I was told we'd be contacted by the service provider, but after a couple hours I called them to see if they had an idea of when they would be able to repair our unit, understanding that it may be a couple days given the extreme heat. The phone was answered by an abrupt gentleman who sounded like I was bothering him by calling, and he told me they'd be out Monday between 8 am and noon. I told him that was fine.

We were leaving town on Sunday to take our five children to San Diego, but had a family member house sitting for us. I called Monday morning just before 11 am to confirm they would be coming. I spoke with a woman who told me she didn't know who I spoke to, but that the service wouldn't be performed until Wednesday between noon and 3 pm. I told her that was fine, and we'd have someone there, explaining we were leaving for vacation the next morning.

Wednesday morning, the same woman called just after 9 am to say that her tech was running ahead of schedule and could come over now. I explained that we had a family member house sitting there and that she had taken her grandkids to a movie. She told me that they would need to reschedule for the next Monday. I asked why? She responded, "Sir, what do you expect me to do; have my tech sit around for three hours?" I said, "No, I expect your tech to keep the appointment we committed to, since I had scheduled accordingly. I sure don't think it's fair for you to call out of the blue and tell me I have to either have someone there now or wait another five days. We are foster parents with five children and we're returning home today. We can't go another several days without a/c, because you can't keep the appointment you committed to. We waited our turn for service, and now you're calling me at the last minute to tell me you can't keep the appointment." She responded, "Sir, I am sending my guy up to Fountain Hills, so there is no way he is going to be available for the original appointment. Do you want him to come now or I can call Old Republic and have them reschedule with another service company."

With no recourse, I asked her to contact Old Republic to schedule another service provider. After a couple hours, I called myself and the rep said he had no record of her calling to request another provider, and found another provider while I was on the phone.

I would NEVER use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I cannot imagine it makes sense to anyone to tell someone who has waited four days for their appointment that they must be available instantly or lose that appointment. This is a poor business practice and demonstrates a complete indifference to its clients.

No one is ever happy that their 11+ year old central air unit dies. What I loved is they quoted me price to repair, that would have brought maybe two years more. But I asked for sales guy to come out, and less than 20 hours later I have a much more energy efficient central air unit, at a price that was hundreds less than for equivalent and better units than Anton's quote.

The expertise shined through from each and every employee/professional I dealt with...from the initial service tech who diagnosed problem, to the outstanding sales professional, to the friendly and thorough service people who installed new unit, to friendly and helpful finance people. The whole process was pleasant. The best part is they got it done in one day!

Troy and ACA installed our new A/C last Tuesday. The entire experience for us was very satisfying. They were on time, there were no surprises, they installed in the brutal heat with no complaints, and they left our house clean with no trace they had been there except a new, high efficiency A/C system that has been working like a dream. I(we) recommend them highly!

Review: This company purchased the customer base of a company I had been with for many years. I had annual maintenance performed. The only tech from previous company still working with Air Conditioning of Arizona, LLC came out because I requested someone that I would be familiar with and I knew gave good service. The tech did the maintenance and made some adjustments he said were necessary for better unit performance. According to them he did not notate any changes. I told the receptionist ([redacted]) that now air is blowing very hot and I have noticed a 5 degree difference between inside temp and thermostat setting. I asked if he could come out to check because he would know what changes he made. She informed me that the tech had quit. She said she could send someone out for $84 dollars. I told her that they should send someone out at no charge because there had not been a problem previously. She restated they could send a tech and I would pay $84. I said I did not feel I should have to pay and that I would be calling another company. I bought a warranty when I was still with [redacted] and the unit was install in 2012. The tech was employed by them when the service was performed, the warranty is valid, and I contacted them shortly after the problem started. She is fully aware of all this and I believe they should honor their work whether or not their employee noted information. There is a problem somewhere. I would like them to come check it free of charge and honor the warranty! It is extremely hot and getting hotter inside the house and the difference between set temperature and inside temperature has been up to 8 degrees. I am taking pictures of this as proof. Please help me resolve this issue quickly! I have not called them again because phone calls are not answered, go to Voicemail and calls are not returned. Please see my review about this company about customer service. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Because I have paid for a service, I am requesting:

tech free of charge to check system

check setting on how much air is blowing and readjust that to my satisfaction

check refrigerant and identify if it is leaking and why (warranty covers that repair)

make repairs if needed according to warranty expectations

measure the air temp coming out of the registers

check reason for thermostat degree differences
