We have cancelled [redacted] Family Maintenance Agreement as of 11/9/per this notice of request.In response to the customer’s complaint of our technician’s trying to force her to buy additional products, on 11/4/our technician recommendedThe customer have her coil cleaned for the unit to perform correctly This needs to be done periodically depending on how dirty the coil is The customer refused.On 5/5/a different technician recommended the coil cleaning again, also stop leak and the refrigerant was low Customer refused.It is the technician’s responsibility to inform the customer of any repairs or products needed for the customer’s equipment to work properly.Thank you, [redacted] ***Air Conditioning ServicesPenguin AirOffice Manager
