Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there has been an ONGOING DIALOG Sirs;When I began to reply to the answer to my complaint your system cut me off before the first sentence was completedApparently the Revdex.com and the furnace installer are on a par when it comes to managing a business.The installer and I have had a running dialog in regard to the fact that they messed up the thermostat on a call LONG BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXPIREDIt seems clear that the intention was to keep the conversation going until the warranty period ran out.A sleezy business practice if ever there was oneThe installer will be reading about themselves in places that they never expected[redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
The system was installed on January 20, 2012. Air Conditioning Systems offers a one (1) year labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer warranty. Therefore any service calls after the one year labor warranty expires are charged labor costs. The induced draft motor was replaced
and only labor was charged, as the motor was under warranty. Regarding the thermostat; there is a warranty on it if the customer sent in the warranty card provided in the product literature. Two years after the original install, the customer will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement of the thermostat.Attached are invoices from the original install in January, and the only service call we made which was in February, 2014. Well past the one year labor warranty we offer
