I had Air Cool located in Crosby Texas, install a new A/C less than a year ago which is under warranty. The A/C quite working upon contacting the company on [redacted] around 11am I was advised they would have a technician out there to repair the A/C at 2pm. At 14:45 hrs the technician had not arrived. I tried calling the company back numerous times and they failed to return my call or provide an update. Bye the end of the day the company technician never arrived. Come the morning of [redacted] I tried calling the company at least 10 times and they still will not take my calls.
