[redacted] ***November 19, 2015.Revdex.comViewridge Ave#San Diego, Ca92123-1668.Dear Representative of Revdex.com:Regarding of the complaint with the id: [redacted] I tried to contact the customer, but I couldn’t, let's go with the letter of the complain Ms [redacted] ***, we received a call for doing service at air conditioning unit report to [redacted] about the condition of it:Low in refrigerant, Really dirty air filters (2) Dirty evaporator coilElectrical components dirty.The unit or property WAS WACANT, and told us the next Monday the new tenants move in, we did the service on Sunday and bill the SERVICE MAINTENANCE for $400.00.Days later with the tenants living and using the A/C constantly the fan motor of the furnace fail, component we didn't serve and report again to [redacted] is has to be repaired this one is A DIFFERENT CALL AND DIFFERENT PROBLEM, this one is AREPAIR, give the estimate of the repair of $replaced the damaged motor and find out the circuitboard also was damaged NOT DAMAGED by the technician; I did it.Let’s see the facts:It was two events separated and authorized to repairThe third repair the cost it will be more expensive and the part it was not availableThey don’t authorized either one the circuitboard or the new furnace.Our proposal is:Got paid it for the works we been authorized service and repair of the fan motor of the furnace ofthe total of $and give a check for the difference that is the amount of $We did our work service the unit, repair the fan motor and the circuit board[redacted]
