To whom it may concern, We have received a complaint from the Revdex.com with regards to a [redacted] the ID assigned to this was [redacted] Mr [redacted] began his process here at our dealership on June 16, he sent in Internet leads looking to purchase a travel trailerHe then on June 17, he left a deposit for a Catalina travel trailer he agreed to purchase and trade in leis South WindMr [redacted] then went on to our website again and filled out a complete credit application on June 18, That application was sent in electronically with the intention of securing financing for his purchaseSeguin RV secured financing for him from both US-Bank and Bank of America and worked hard to secure approvals for him and find him the best possible financingOnce the terms were agreeable to Mr [redacted] he then sent in the information about where his payoff was for his traof his SouthwindSeguin RV then took that information and then procured all the information necessary to complete the paperworkDelivery was then set up for Mr [redacted] he and his wife came in to take deliveryAt the time of delivery he told the salesperson he still needed to go get insurance and that he would be right backMr [redacted] would not return our phone calls or emails for the next weekOnce we were able to make contact with Mr [redacted] he just informed us that he went and bought something from someone elseSeguin RV in good faith went through an extensive process of getting approvals preparing the trailer and doing everything for the customer that Mr [redacted] initiatedThe $was a good faith payment for us to go through with the process just like any other large purchaseWe have signed copies of all of the paperwork which substantiates our points

Prices are very fair BUT make sure you check every document you sign against the VIN number on the unit and the paperwork I know personally that this happens frequently AND don't expect any service or assistance in warrenty work They say they will help you but don't believe it

Horrible horrible service We dropped off our RV for repairs (covered by our insurance) on September 13th, We brought the trailer here because it is where we purchased it three years ago We were originally told it would be ready to pick up the week of October 4th, We then received a phone call on October 4, and was told a part didn't come in (aka forgot to order it) and that it would be ready in a couple of days The excuse of "A couple of days" kept occurring and today, October 14, was supposed to be the definite pidateThis week alone, my husband was told the trailer would be ready to pick up on Tuesday which was then rescheduled to today Guess what....we just received another phone call saying the part still has not arrived and it will be at least Wednesday of next week (Today Barbara confirmed the part was not ordered as promised when the trailer first arrived for repair.) Today Barbara said the part had not arrived Yet Sean (Shawn) told my husband the wrong part arrived today Who is telling the truth? During this time, my husband has had to reschedule other appointments at other facilities (such as wash/wax) several times because Seguin RV cannot/will not complete the work on our trailer This is the worst service we have ever experienced while owning travel trailers

I will never do business with this place againThey tell us we're approved for a Rv had agreement to come get it and everything we put $10,down in cash then come to find out they say we're not approved said they was gonna try to fix well they couldn't they fix it we ask if we will get the cash back they say oh yea no problem well they didn't do that for us now I get a check that is gonna take forever to deposit with my step dads name on it after I told them I need my name only

Do not waste your money or time at this RV dealershipThey have no recpect for their customers at all! Their trailers are crap also, we had all sorts of issues with ours and only used it onceThey lie to your face
