I went onto Joe's Pub website to order tickets to Pam Ann's show for Saturday, November **, I have ordered tickets many times before but they have changed their website over the years also I wanted two tickets ONLY and was ordering them on a small smart phone so it was hard to see all of seats The site allows you to click a seat and view how far form the stage in real time I guess I never clicked off of one of the seats and it was added to my cart I didn't notice it until the following day after I purchased the tickets that there were three and I only wanted two I called today 11-**-and spoke to a very rude woman and she said I can't give a refund It was your mistake I said yes it was exactly that - a mistake I have went to many shows at Joes Pub over the years and this is how they treat good customers They are just making me pay because it's on a holiday weekend and there are about unsold seats as I look at the seat may right now Unprofessional and unc
