I placed a service call via my home warranty companyOnce I got a hold of the owner; he gave my opportunity to explain what was wrong with the AC in the houseDeveloped a great rapport with the ownerI wanted to verify he got the request for a service call and informed me he already put my house on the list of orders for his techs the day of the call
The first tech diagnosed the issue and was thorough from my understandingUpon his diagnosis he requested a part to be replacedThe owner informed me the turnaround timeThe following week the company received the part a couple before the estimated delivery date which was excellentThe owner was able to assign his tech, K**, to take care of the repairK** was great educating my fiance what he was doing while I was still at workK** was there about hours checking everything and testing the systemHe got their at and left at PM
Given the complex issue, I tip my hats off to the owner for his professionalism and communication with meAlso the tech, K**, who was very thorough and made an executive decision to diagnose the issue via another router instead of a part replacementThe issue requires a follow up but I'm sure overall I'll remain very satisfied as a home owner

Air Doctor, *** *** quickly came to my home, identified the problem, and promptly fixed it He gave me info about a new system and why he recommended it He gave me a lot of pointers to help the ac work more efficiently
He called later to see how it was working, and reminded me to call again if I need service

This company was sent to my home through my home warranty (American Home Shield) to fix my AC unit that failed in JulyEvery interaction I had with them was negative, from the technician to the office staffThe office staff point blank asked me "will your husband be home" and upon informing her that I wasn't married she responded "oh, you're not even married"As if that wasn't bad enough, the technician sat in his van on the phone for about half of his visit as opposed to actually assessing and fixing the problem with the AC unitIt was determined that a new motor needed to be ordered, I called back later that afternoon to ask if they had an eta for the part, and ultimately a timeline for my house to begin cooling againI was told (I kid you not) "ok, you need to relax"Yes, I was told to relax when my AC unit hadn't been working for over hours in the Florida heatThis company is a complete joke, and the only thing they deserve is to go out of businessProceed with caution

I had a great experience with this company I too have a homeowners warranty with *** and they have sent repair companies to fix my AC about times in the past years It is old (1992) and they refuse to replace it, just continue to cobble it together so it will limp along, but that is another story I have gone days before being able to get a tech out from other companies I was contacted by Air Doctor and had a tech at my house by 11:00am after placing the service request at 10:00pm the night before They were responsive, informative and took care of the problem quickly

This company was sent out from our home warranty company they were sent out in error we had asked for a plumber they have held us hostage unable to use our bathroom because they want their $75 that is not due to them. I had no idea they had a D- rating. I see from the other reviews they like to take advantage of people in need for their own self advantage. Because of them I have no idea when this issue will be resolved and we can use our toilet .

They are crooks !!!
Also very rude to speak with over the phone they could care LESS about YOU

Worst customer service ever. Multiple call back to fix my air conditioning unit. No shows for appointments and when you call back they tell you it's days before they can come out again. In this case, they knew the problem, fixed three other things and then decided they can't fix the real issue.
I went to check on the guys last time they were out and he was smoking and talking on the phone
Basically one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with.

After submitting a request through [redacted] ,Air Dr was very responsive , setting up a tech visit to check our 1998 a/c heat pump that was turning off and on .Tech explained all options of fix and replace and I decided to fix as it needed 2 parts and compressor ok. They came back within the week and 2 techs fixed it to work perfect. Coincidentally, the old thermostat was sticking and tech came back to replace after a few weeks at the service price of $75 . Overall, all techs and office staff were friendly , came to home quick and did all per [redacted] contract. My wife was even happier!!
