Worst customer service everMultiple call back to fix my air conditioning unitNo shows for appointments and when you call back they tell you it's days before they can come out againIn this case, they knew the problem, fixed three other things and then decided they can't fix the real issue I went to check on the guys last time they were out and he was smoking and talking on the phone Basically one of the absolute worst companies I have ever dealt with

After submitting a request through [redacted] ,Air Dr was very responsive , setting up a tech visit to check our a/c heat pump that was turning off and on .Tech explained all options of fix and replace and I decided to fix as it needed parts and compressor okThey came back within the week and techs fixed it to work perfectCoincidentally, the old thermostat was sticking and tech came back to replace after a few weeks at the service price of $Overall, all techs and office staff were friendly , came to home quick and did all per [redacted] contractMy wife was even happier!!
