Our company entered an an agreement with the customer in October The agreement included a labor warranty of year after installation The customer did not contact our office until July - almost years after installation We are not obligated to service this customer after December We did not believe the customer did not use the equipment until more than a year after installation The customer has every right to call another HVAC contractor for service on his equipment but our company is not liable for any issues found after the warranty period

*** *** called our company out to repair her non-working A/C unitUpon inspection which includes disconnecting existing wires to motor to test amperage, we assessed her unit required a new compressor and provided an estimate to repairThe customer did not want to proceed with repair therefore
the technician left the residencedays later we received a call stating our technician did not leave the outdoor fan in operation due to disconnecting motor wiresWe dispatched technician to the homeowners address to reconnect wiring and also a hard start was added to the system in order for the fan to operateBefore the technician left the homeowner's property he (the husband) witnessed operation of the fanThe customer then called us back later that day to complain the fan was not operating as beforeWe informed the customer put back the system to its same condition as we left itThere is nothing else we can do with out charging the customerOur service fee for the visit $was collected at the initial visit but no further payment has been requested or given

I am rejecting this response because: The building was under construction and it took longer than expected and it is the responsibility for the company to come and service the units for the fee that he requested. Since he failed to service the unit, I had to bring another contractor for the repair that Airdoneright is not completed. For example leak in the refrigerant on two units that cost me $700 to replace. I am attaching the receipt that explain the repair and the HVAC guy spoke with Howard before starting the work. Receipt is attached with detail of the repair that will not happen within 5 years.

Our company entered an an agreement with the customer in October 2013.  The agreement included a labor warranty of 1 year after installation.  The customer did not contact our office until July 2015 - almost 2 years after installation.  We are not obligated to service this customer...

after December 2014.  We did not believe the customer did not use the equipment until more than a year after installation.  The customer has every right to call another HVAC contractor for service on his equipment but our company is not liable for any issues found after the warranty period.
