From the first time I called the office to make my appointment through the cleaning of our air ducts, everyone was friendly and professional. My questions were answered in a way I could understand and I became more knowledgeable of my home. I highly recommend Daniel, Mike and Jared for their outstanding work.

After reading the other 1 star reviews I wish I would have done more research and checked the Revdex.com before having this company come to my home. I have a very similar story to a few of the reviews. Air Duct Doctors, http://airductdrs.com, sent us a post card in the mail that said they were running a special for cleaning the air ducts. My wife scheduled an appointment with them and just like Lynda H below, the receptionist said that the job, based on our homes square footage , would be about $300-$500. When the two young men arrived to get started they said that the price would actually be closer to $1,200 My wife then presented the coupon for $34.95 off and they said that the coupon didn't apply to this service? Total bait and switch technique, which last time I checked was illegal. Hearing my wife tell the story it reminded me of being at the used car dealership and them using every low life sneaky trick in the book. "Let me call my manager" Then they come back with a lower price. My wife asked, "why didn't you give me that price at first?" They reply, " we have to get special permission to give out the lower price?" All of this isn't even the reason for the bad review tho... The reason for the review is because after asking them POLITELY multiple times to leave our home, one of them flipped the switch on our AC/Furnace unit and shut off our AC. My wife who was home from work sick today was sitting in a house that was 85 degrees not realizing the AC was off. When I got home from work and realized that the AC was not working I called a local HVAC company and they rushed over to help. Turns out it was the switch on the side of the unit had been put in the off position. I called the company and told them what had happened and that it was their fault. They admitted to turning the switch off but said "You should have called us and we would have come back out" We had no clue why the AC was not working and it had literally been off most of the day so we were a little panicked as it is 100 degrees outside today. The Airduct Doctors declined to pay for the service call for the HVAC guy coming out which is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone that cares even a little about their business would want to avoid a bad review online. Especially when it looks like I'm not the only one. Sorry to anyone reading this for its length. The moral of the story, do your research before you let *** like this in your home.

Friendly and fast. Took much less time than I had thought it would. A bit expensive, though! I would use them again.

Called the business from the *** coupon. Was told several times that the total cost would probably be $300 to $800. Paid $844 for all work w/ add ons. Three men performed the work. We are very satisfied and happy with their service. Guaranteed for 5 years. Transferrable. Maybe a little costlier than most folks expectations but the result is worth it to us.

I had a coupon for $36.99. I told the receptionist when I made the appointment, information on our home and she confirmed that the coupon was good for this job. The technician arrived and said it would cost $1,078.00 for the service and that the coupon was basically worthless. "No one gets this service for that, unless you are a small condo, most jobs are between $600 and $900" and then he offered to destroy the coupon for me. Then they wanted $25.00 for coming out to give the estimate. Their advertising is a complete scam. BEWARE!

Rickie, is fan expert in this industry and I was completely grateful to him and his co-worker Michael. Rickie explained everything to the home owner and showed him the horrible, inexcusable condition of the vents, ducts, furnace and humidifier that was completely full of 'Mold". The tenants have been continually breathing in all that 'YUK" each and every day. As a Realtor in the Great St. Louis area, I recommend the Air Duct Doctors, you will not be disappointed as you breath easier each day in your home. Thank you

I received a coupon in the mail for $35 air duct cleaning and 9 ducts and a main line. I called them and they came out and they wanted to charge me $535. They charged me $25 for the estimate. He told me the $535 included my senior citizen discount. I just feel it's wrong charging for the estimate. I did not like my experience with this company. When did companies start charging for estimates?
