Review: This company conducted an air duct cleaning at my home. After the cleaning our system began to dispense hot air. We checked the heat pump and found that there was ice on the lines. We called an air conditioning repair service and had to wait 2 days for our system to be repaired. I called the number on the receipt that we were given to inform them of the problem after the cleaning and left a message on the voice mail. No one returned my call. I called again the next day and spoke with a person and explained what happened to my system after the cleaning and that we had to call and have it serviced to get it working. He told me that he would contact the home office and would call me back within 3 hours. He never did. A week later I called Air Ductors and spoke with a receptionist who then forwarded my call to "Nelly" and again explained the situation. I reiterated to her that we wanted to be reimbursed for the repair fees we incurred due of their servicing of our unit. She was extremely unprofessional and became very belligerent with me, just loud rude and crass and hung up on me 3 times, even though I was very respectful in my dealing with her. I ask to speak with her supervisor and she said she didn't have one and that she was the manager. I asked if she was the owner of the company and she said no and that she did not have a boss. I then chose to contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: We paid a total of $385 for the duct and dryer vent cleaning and air duct treatments. We would settle for the fee of $135, that we paid to have the unit repaired after Air Ductors did their work and the cost of the cleaning of the main unit $150 which was not done.

Review: I purchased an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning from [redacted]. When the vendor came out he told me it would cost me $199.00 to have the dryer vent cleaned, in addition to $289.00 for cleaning all the air ducts. The only thing I really was concerned about was the dryer vent that exits outside the house. The add specifically states"one return vent; dryer vent cleaning valid for 1 side. The technician refused to go outside saying it was too cold for him unless I bought the more expensive pkge. When I called to compain the lady told me it was THEIR choice which vent they cleaned. It does say additonal charges may apply for external vents, however there is a vast difference between $39 and $199. He claimed there are turns in the vents, however I had already cleaned out the interior tubes that turn so this would have been a streight tube that had to be sucked out. I beleive they lied in the way the represented their service.Desired Settlement: I want the service performed as I needed and for the price I paid. I still need my dryer vent cleaned.
