Our air went out on Wednesday evening, Thursday morning Lance was here. Checked our system and we came to the conclusion it would be better to replace rather than repair. By 3:00 Friday the new system was in and running like a CHAMP w/a 12 year warranty. These guys ROCK!!!

We had our chimney serviced by Air essentials, and were extremely pleased with the work they did at our house.

Their technician, Will Brown, came out to the house to take care of us and left me with a great impression! I just wanted to compliment him and recognize his professionalism and courtesy. He gave me a call letting me know when he would arrive, which was much appreciated. Upon his arrival, Will was very professional, friendly, and performed the job carefully, but purposefully. I was very pleased with his work, and we have been enjoying fires in our fireplace several nights since he came out to the house.

Had smoke coming from heater vent in the roof today. called Air Essentials and quickly got service rep to check that heater was ok. Thanks!

Very Professional. He arrived on time and gave me an accurate quote! Hard worker and explained in detail what the problems were. I was shown before and after pictures. Prices were very reasonable. I had called them to clean our ducts due to an odor. When he came out, he noticed the problem was with our moisture barrier. He suggested that we fix that first before he cleaned the vents. After I fixed the plastic (it was easier to do myself than hire someone), he came out and did a complete cleaning. Since then, we've had him out to fix other things. The owner also called during the process to make sure everything was going well. I recommend this company highly!

I just had a new ac unit installed and Joe at Air Essentials made the process easy and stress free! Such a nice guy to work with and most importantly honest and fair. Gave me multiple options and he never tried to up sell anything or gimmick me into anything. I had a lot of confidence in the process the whole time which is rare to say with most experiences these days. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing any ac services. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience beginning to end.
