BAD! Do not follow up and are awful with customer service. It's been a month since they lost my bag and I still haven't gotten any answers

I booked a ticket online to fly to spain and before booking I checked the baggage policy of the airline which said that in Economy/Tourist class you did not have to pay for luggage fees. The website clearly states that tou only pay luggage fees if you fly in 'lite? fare and the fee was $60 per suitcase. Before purchasing, I checked and the ticket said Economy, no where did it say it was a 'lite? fare. I arrived at the airport and they charged me $120 per luggage, not even $60 like it said in the website when I purchased the ticket. I had to pay $240 for my husband and I because otherwise they would not let me fly but it is a complete misstatement of the fares that were advertised by the airline. And I still need to come back which will cost me another $240. So the ticket is going to cost me $480 more than advertised. I even spoke to the agents at the ticket counter who are contractors and they said that Air Europa had raised the luggage fares and changed the policies right before the holidays and that most passengers were complaining about the same thing.Air Europa's sales practices are not transparent and created to scam the passengers.
