What I need to know is when does this get paid (the concentrator etc.) I understand that there is a rental fee but is it a month to rent it. Ms [redacted] had called this office on July 25th and complained to my assistant that she believed her bill was not properly showing her payments and what she owed.  Tammy brought Ms. [redacted] concerns to me and I printed out a ledger and color coded it for her to reflect the billing,...

insurance adjustments what the insurance paid and the patients payments.  The ledger clearly shows that there has been several co pays not paid in a consistent and timely manner.  I do understand Ms. [redacted] frustration that the statements only show activity of the month it is being billed and not the oldest date being paid.  To rectify this we will send Ms. [redacted] a complete ledger with her monthly statement showing her what she owes back to 2014.  If there is anything else you need to insure that our customers are satisfied please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Thank you
