We contacted Air Experts when our A/C stopped working based on a recommendation from a friend who had recently had their A/C unit replaced. [redacted], from Air Experts, arrived the same day we contacted him and completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. We agreed to a service contract for them to check our A/C and heating in summer and winter. Two days after the most recent visit we noticed water leaking from our A/C unit and called Air Experts just before 5pm on a Friday. [redacted] agreed to come out that night at about 9:30 and worked on it for a couple hours and tried a stop gap measure until he could get the correct part. The temporary fix did not work but he was out to our house again the next week and replaced the part. He felt that he may have cracked the part during the recent service visit and did not charge us for either visit or the part. Even if he did cause it to crack, I presume the part was near failing anyway and fully expected to be responsible for the repair.
This is a company that tries to do the right thing and, in my experience, is fair in their pricing. If you're looking for a Heating & Air company, I believe Air Experts deserves a look.
