We contacted Air Experts when our A/C stopped working based on a recommendation from a friend who had recently had their A/C unit replaced***, from Air Experts, arrived the same day we contacted him and completed the repair quickly and at a reasonable priceWe agreed to a service contract for them to check our A/C and heating in summer and winterTwo days after the most recent visit we noticed water leaking from our A/C unit and called Air Experts just before 5pm on a Friday [redacted] agreed to come out that night at about 9:and worked on it for a couple hours and tried a stop gap measure until he could get the correct partThe temporary fix did not work but he was out to our house again the next week and replaced the partHe felt that he may have cracked the part during the recent service visit and did not charge us for either visit or the partEven if he did cause it to crack, I presume the part was near failing anyway and fully expected to be responsible for the repair This is a company that tries to do the right thing and, in my experience, is fair in their pricingIf you're looking for a Heating & Air company, I believe Air Experts deserves a look
