Air Express A/C & Heating

Air Express was prepaid for air conditioning and heating service involving an annual check of these systems at the beginning of each usage season. I don't remember the exact fee but it was about $230. Air Express failed to perform the heating check in a timely manner contacting me at the end of December to schedule the heating service in mid to late January stating that they were extremely busy during the year. I informed them that the service should have been scheduled at the beginning of the season in October as in prior years. They claimed to have called me sometime in October but we did make contact. I informed them that the service was useless at the end of the heating season so just roll it over to next season. They refused to do so and offered a $60 discount on the next service contract agreement. I told them I would accept $100. They then sent a final letter offering a $90 discount instead of discussing it with me directly. Since we are now arguing over $10 as a result of Air Express's failure to honor their obligation, I no longer wish to associate with this company since they have treated me with a callous disregard.
