normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-">After graphing Mr.*** connection and usage we can determine there is no issues with his connection, he is a Mbps connection and tests out at beyond that and the customer has been graphed using beyond the Mbps purchased and/or contracted for. The customer also used the service at 8:pm to file the complaint even though this would be during the time he has stated it would not be workingThe service technicians went above and beyond with this account, when ice dislodged from the customers roof when the temperatures exceeded below zero they went out and repaired the cable at our expense and gave the customer a credit for the days he was out, even though the customer had not cleared or contracted with someone to clear the snow and ice buildup that caused the initial issueThe repair put our technicians at risk for additional falling material (ice buildup, snow, etc.), and out in sub -below temperatures to make the repairs

There really is nothing to respond to , Mr [redacted] needs to resolve his inside issues, I've attached a screenshot of Mr. [redacted]'s client he is a 12 Mbps account the account is dead on.  Mr [redacted] is upset because we wouldn't give him access to our equipment, there is no issue and we...

won't be bullied by Mr. [redacted].  This is really a legal issue for the courts at this point, not the Revdex.com.

Especially by dishonest companies. I'm not disputing the fact that I signed a contract, but they have not kept their word on the contract I signed. It's ok for THEM to cancel my contract because of poor service, but not ok for ME to cancel because of poor service.? I have paid for mediocre service for too long and WILL NOT be bullied into paying their cancellation fee for a service they have not honored. I have also contacted previous customers of theirs and it will be more than just me in the courtroom..

My expieience at first was great with air fiber a it seemed fast but when My son tells me we only got 10MG service I should of had 20 MG when I called some activity might of changed but the employees told me it was there highest and faster internet 20MG. it would spin and be out for a while we would reconnect the wifi and cable like instructed to do. it did not work than when you called and said it is still slow they would argue with you. I had to buy a new router cause it burned out the one I had. second router I purchased every thing worked well on both routers. however late at night between 7 and midnight it slowed down called again its fine your at 20 Mg service my son and husband did a direct test to a lap top it showed 10 mg service so I'm paying for a higher service than I was getting not happening this has been going on since last year fall, they will not be seeing any money cause i'm refusing to pay them I feel they owe me to square it away they can make a deal with the payment that is owed to them. I currently now threw a different provider get 150MG service and happy with it. air fiber needs a lesson in customer service and when they said they would send a tech out they never came out. but when I called and said to stop end service they were out the same day. to get equipment off roof and power plug.

To start, my last name is [redacted]. 
The
test produced still does not indicate the overall health of my internet
connection.  As I said before, the transfer rate between antennas does
not indicate the health of my connection to the internet.  As an ISP,
they are responsible
for more than just the point to point connection.  Everything from the
antenna to the backbone is part of the connection, and they have yet to
provide any support beyond their antenna. 
They
still have not commented on the change in service after the 30-day
guarantee.  Also, as the copy of my attached contract shows, "Airfiber,
Inc. agrees to service and maintain the equipment installed pursuant to
this contract for the duration of the contract without further
charges for labor, material, equipment, or parts."  The addition of new
charges, which were presented to me in an e-mail from Arifiber, are a
breech of their own contract.  It is apparent to me that they do not
wish to deal with the problems on their end and are instead trying to
pin their network issues on me.

Mr [redacted] shouldn't sign or engage in contracts with anyone if he has doesn't have the integrity or any intention of honoring them, I've attached Mr.[redacted]'s contract and the terms are abundantly clear.  We have closed out Mr.[redacted]'s account per his...

request, and forwarded him a final bill requesting it be paid in full within 30 days per the terminology in the contract Mr.[redacted] signed.  If the bill is not paid in full we will take the legal remedies necessary to make Mr.[redacted] honor the contractual obligations he has agreed to.  We won't be bullied by complaints to the Revdex.com or anyone else because of Mr.[redacted]'s lack of integrity when it comes to his contractual obligations.  As an adult he signed the agreement, we expect him to be a man of his word/signature and fulfill his contractual obligations.

these people like to threeten people if they dont get their way. and I dont mean just sue you I had the head guy tell me he was gonna beat me up and I should be affraid of him what a joke of a company. never do business with them spend the 20 more dollars and go with charter you will have better speeds and you wont feel like they are gonna try and break into you home.

 NUMBER ONE IN NOVEMBER I WAS OUT OF SERVICE OR HAD NO SERVICE FOR SEVEN DAYS GRANTED THEY CAME OUT FOUND THEIR ANTENNA ONCE AGAIN THEIR ANTENNA WAS BENT OR NOT STANDING UP RIGHT NO!!!!!! CREDIT  !!!!!!!!!! GIVEN FOR TIME LOST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 TIME NUMBER TWO NO SERVICE FOR FIVE DAYS BEFORE THEY CAME OUT TO UNFREEZE THEIR ANTENNA THEIR ANTENNA I HAVE TO PAY RENT ON IT EVERY MONTH AND EVEN AFTER THEY CAME OUT AND SO CALLED MADE REPAIRS YEA RIGHT THE THURSDAY AFTER THEY WHERE OUT TWO TO THREE DAYS LATER IT WENT DOWN AGAIN TILL CHRISTMAS DAY RATHER NITE IT DID NOT START WORKING TILL 9PM.
