After first receiving the wrong size filters due to my parts number from the manufacture being incorrect, I called Air Filter Factory and the lady I talked to was very helpful in finding the right size filter that I needed This was not a high dollar order but the time spent finding me a suitable filter was, in my opinion, above and beyond what I ever expected I shipped the incorrect filters back and they had already shipped the ones I neededNow, that is service I very much appreciated their help in all of this I will definitely buy from them again and will tell others about them Their service is beyond great and other people should know it

I unfortunately received the filter I ordered damaged in shipping I've experienced this problem with a few other companies I dealt with in the past The difference with Air Filter Factory is that they resolved the issue in a matter of minutes There is no doubt I'd do business with them again Their after sales service exceeded my expectation

Air Filter Factory people were extremely helpful in finding what I had been told was an obsolete filter for my NuTone range hood I was told that by a few other places I tried to order one, but after following through with me I sent them pictures of the filter in question with the measurements and they were able to find it for me Not only that but it arrived several days before I expected it!

This company advertised an ice maker on their website as an OEM product, even going so far as to use the exact OEM manufacturers part number, name, and descriptionI ordered this item from them thinking I was getting an OEM part when in fact they sent an inferior aftermarket partNOWHERE on their website listing did it say they would sent an aftermarket partThey claimed their use of the word "replacement" was sufficient to let buyers know they would not be getting an OEM partI thought "replacement" meant I was getting I was getting a new OEM part to replace my broken OEM part, but Air Filter Factory defines "replacement" much differentlyBased on my experieince with them, they have since added a comment on their webiste for this item noting that this part is not OEM, so this will be good for future buyersHowever, I wouldn't trust them on any other part - they are likely aftermarket parts, not OEM, so buyers must be careful when ordering from this companyP.SThey did issue a partial refund to me, but only after bashing, blaming, and lying about me on Paypal - again, not good customer serviceThis is how they treat their customers, so buyers beware!

I found this Air Filter Factory when I was looking for a specific set of replacement grease filters for my over-range microwave. The assistance I received from the associate at the time of placing the order on the phone was wonderful. The product was reasonably priced, carefully and thoughtfully packaged for mail, and delivery was timely
