The filters were returned to us on February 8, and a credit of $was issued back to the customer's credit card on February 11, 2016. Please have the customer review their statement and if they do not see the credit being issued they are more than welcome to contact me and I can
provide them with a copy of the receipt for the credit that was issuedThank you!

I am sorry that the customer was not satisfied with the product. However, if you click the link for additional information on our *** under the filter that the customer purchased, it does state the actual size of the filter. Most air filters do have an undercut to them unless you
specify "exact size". In addition, on our *** if you search for the refund policy it clearly states days. These filters were purchased in June and the customer contacted us for the refund in October.
