Subject: Complaint# *** Good morning ***,I have reviewed this job and the technician went by the pricing manuel for our flat rate pricing and discussed pricing before any repairs were completedWith this being said we are a 100% satisfaction guaranteed company, so if the client is unhappy we
will be happy to refund his money or come back out and look at his system againIf he chooses to have us come back out there will be no charge for us to come back out but there will be a charge for any new parts needed to get the system up and runningOur flat rate includes not only the part but also the labor to install the part, a year warranty on the part, and day labor warranty at this time to make sure the client is satisfied with our services if there is any additional repairs needed I will be happy to only charge parts pricing and by pass our flat rate pricing. Please let me know how the client would like to proceed, as if he would like us to come back out our schedule is very full with this cold weather we have been having and we would like to get him back on the schedule as soon as possible.Thank you,
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me.
However, The statement that the pricing model was discussed *before* the work was completed is falseThe technician did consult their pricing book to put in the cost of the flame sensor, but told me (and again after the work was completed) that the part is normally $dollars and is being billed at a higher rate of $(The prices are give or take a few dollars, as I don't have the receipt in front of me)The person that took the call *did* explain that the service call was going to be billed at a $surcharge that I did agree to
As for the resolution that is satisfactory to me -- I will take them up on their offer to come and see if they can get more heat out of the furnace, with no service charge -- but expect to pay for parts
