[redacted] purchased his original pump on...
9-**-13. He contacted us on 12-[redacted]13 stating the pump is not working. We had the pump shipped back to our facility. We inspected the pump and replaced it for him. Customer called again on 1-*-14 stating the pump burnt out again. We replaced the pump once again. Again he called on 2-**-14 and burnt the next pump out. This is a system issue and not a pump issue. We shouldn't have given him the third pump to begin with. We sell upwards of 3000 pumps per year and have never encountered a situation like this in over 10 years in business.

Review: I purchased a pump to replaced a damaged pump in my waterfall. After a couple of months it failed and I requested a warranty replacement, which the company did. The replacement pump failed also after a couple of months and when I called for options, they told me the pond set up was at issue and denied any options. I stated the original pump was in over a couple of years before there was an issue and if the set up had been the cause, the original pump would have failed also.Desired Settlement: $385.00 for cost of first replacement pump
