I have used this company twice in the past 5 months. They installed a thermostat and a capacitor on my AC unit. They also collected a fee of $199.00 for a 1 year Presidential Club membership. My AC went out on August 1st at which time an appointment was made and a service technician was scheduled for 6:00 pm. Nobody showed up so the office was contacted. I was told they only had THREE service technicians in their employee and one was apparently at the hospital. Their website states that their company has 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE. It was 98 degrees in my house. My elderly mother resides with me, so, to me at least this was an emergency. They did not care and said they may be able to schedule it for August 2nd. Not acceptable in Dallas heat, especially for my mother. After a rather heated conversation, I was hung up on by Josh, an apparent employee for the company. My mother called them on the morning of August 2nd, and was told we were now on a "No Service List". I would like my $199.00 back as the company obviously will not service this house.

We are sympathetic to Ms. plight and have sent her a refund check for the one year maintenance plan. On the night in question shortly before Ms *** appointment, the scheduled service technician suffered a heat stroke and had to be rushed to the hospital. Our goal at Air Force One Air Conditioning is to service every one of our customers at the time they desire but unforeseen circumstances will not always permit.
While my heart truly does go out to the technician that was hospitalized, the same thing could have happened to my mother or me. I hope the employee considers legal action against this company, as HEAT STROKES don't occur if there is sufficient staff to handle the workload. God Bless him and his family. Plain Ole WOW...... I called, after a lot of review, and now I'm sooooo Impressed with the Fast
Response then the Professional, Technical Knowledge and Polite Technician Kevin Bartlett that
came to visit and solve my concerns. Kevin gets A++ for his overall technical understanding of
Heating and Air Conditioning and ability to listen to your concerns. Kevin is welcomed back at
any time I have a problem or replacement concern in the future. Just ask for Kevin !!!!!

I've used Air Force One for over 15 years, for parts, repairs and installation of an entire HVAC system. Each time they have been efficient, on time, explained things with care and provided a great service at a fair price. They have my highest recommendation.

Air Force One always gives excellent service. They never try to sell you something. We have been using them for years & will continue to keep a Service Agreement with them. *** is the technician we have come to. depend upon. He is honest an thorough.
