The technician was very professional, courteous, and I was glad that I took advantage of the special that was offered. Air Force One Carpet Cleaning provided outstanding customer service and cleaning service. They were extremely professional, provided an explanation regarding the service and information on how to contact them with any questions. My carpets are only 7 months old and Air Force One ensured the odor from my dogs was removed to the best of their ability. 3 days later and no dog smell. They use organic cleaning solutions and they work like a charm. Their rates were unbeatable, even provide military discount and additonal services at low rates. I only have good to say about Air Force One Carpet Cleaning! The person who did the job was [redacted] (yes, that's his name!), and he not only did an outstanding job, he was very likeable. As he recommended, I could use the carpeting about 20 minutes after he was finished, although the moisture in the carpeting persisted for about 2 days. No problem there, though! The carpet is tan-fastic!!!

First time customer, and definitely not the last! [redacted] was professional, hard-working and thorough. A job very well done. The carpet looks brand new - - even the pet stains are completely gone! Thanks so much for the outstanding work!
