Review: I called your 800 phone # & they said to write to you & put in our claim against Air Force one Heating & Air Conditioning. Approximate 1 month ago our heating went out, & they came out and fixed it in about 4 minutes. We paid them $160.00, that we didn't have. We are on S.S.I. disability, me & my husband. Well last week the heating went out again. We are elderly people and I think that's why they are taking advantage towards us. We called them a week ago when the heating went out again, We had a 3 month warranty on it. It's only been 1 month. They never came out and now every time we call them they automatically hang up on us. So it's been 7 days we have tried to get ahold of them and no answer! Please help us. The names of their company is Air Force One H.V. AC Inc. Thier phone number is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: We want someone to come out and honor their warranty
