The first time I dealt with Air & Heat, Inc. was when my tenant complained about the AC unit in the condo. The Air & Heat, Inc.'s technician showed up as scheduled, identified the problem, and taught my tenant how to avoid the same problem in the future. The technician did not charge for the maintenance visit since the AC unit has an extended warranty coverage. The technician was very professional and, needless to say, very honest indeed in his assessment of the problem.

Based on that initial dealing with Air & Heat, Inc., I used them again when my home's AC unit broke down. The technician, Daniel, identified the problem immediately (burnt wires) and repaired it. More over, he checked the Freon, the temperature of the air coming out of the vents, and the fan. I was pleasantly surprised when he handed me the bill, which was less than $100.00.
