We are NOT a member of the Revdex.com because of the way customer complaints are so called "resolved" All the Revdex.com does is post the customers complaint and the business's response word for wordUpon research we did find that we replaced a dealer windshield November 4th, on their car We
do not have any record that she called to complain about anythingNo one spoke to her until 3-30- The customer was referred by her Nissan dealer, so it's possible she was calling them instead When she called, all she wanted to do was yell that we didn't put a dealer windshield in her vehicle, which we do have a receipt for (attached) We have to get authorization from her ins company to put the dealer windshield in and they set the price we are allowed to charge (not $1500.00) She states in her complaint that it was weeks after we installed the windshield that the excessive tiny chips appeared That is considered new damage as chips do not "suddenly appear" for no reason after weeks I am attaching the completed work order that she signed at the time of install that it was satisfactorily installed with no damage When our office manager explained this to her over the phone, she continued yelling about the "st" glass we put in her vehicle Our office manager said she would send our shop manager out to take a look at it, but before an appointment could be set she hung up yelling that we weren't helping her and she was going to call the Revdex.com and her insurance agent On May 31st, her husband called wanting to know why we never came out Our office manager explained to him that no appointment had been set because his wife had hung up on us while yelling threats He was very nice and praised our work He said he would like to set up an appointment so our shop manager went the next day June 1st He did determine that it was new damage and explained that We will NOT re-replace her windshield again just to appease the Revdex.com or the irate customer
