Regarding the warranty issue with a Queen Boxspring...Although the boxspring was moved to [redacted] from [redacted] & it was used for four months...and under the warranty Transportation is the responsibility of the consumer...Bedtime as always will bend over backwords to take care of the customer! We checked with America's Mattress in [redacted] and they will sell this customer a brand new [redacted] Boxspring for $including Tax, Delivery, & removal of the boxspring with the issue! After the customer has the new [redacted] boxspring delivered we ask that they forward a copy of the receipt to Bedtime in [redacted] & Bedtime will send this customer a check! Please forward this response to the consumer with the complaint! At Bedtime we are very concerned with our reputation and we hope that most consumers will understand that we Try are best but we are Not Perfect!
